Well done to all those people who won prizes in the Warrior Forum bloging contest, especially Leon Bowes who was the overall winner. It was a lot of fun to be involved, so the next time a similar competition comes up, I recommend you all take part.

If goals are not personal then there is nothing to drive for because lets face it, we are are by nature a little self-centered. If you don’t have the drive within, your goals are going to suffer.
