ABC Of Success

The Steps To Accomplishment


The ABC Of Success will give people an extra edge to help them achieve success which might not have otherwise been possible.

Achieving your aim is never done easily, but by mirroring the same strategies that wealthy and successful people already do, you can give yourself a much better chance of succeeding.

The idea of success without hard work is just a myth. Personal effort is always the key essential behind any achievement, and by combining the ABC's Of Success with your own input, you can make serious headway towards you big goals.


The A's


Achievement

The end result of applying your ABC's Of Success is achievement, which does takes time. Achieving something special is often more important than the rewards that come with success. Very often artists and athletes gain fame and fortune, but it is the accomplishment of their impossible goal that is by far the greatest significance to them.


Attitude

Winners all share the same attitude - The winners mindset. You must have a mindset that ensures you can deal with pitfalls and obstacles, at the same time picking up and moving forward.

Having this winning mindset will keep you continually motivated and focused on your goals.


Assertiveness


Know what you want and assert yourself. Successful people all share the same trait - They speak up and make their wants and needs known. Shyness or meekness will not help to put your footprint on success.


The B's


Bravery

With reward comes risk and not everyone is brave enough to risk the time, effort and money to accomplish their ultimate success. Being brave isn't really about brash, reckless choices, it's more about having the strength to undertake a challenge that other people will avoid. All goals come with some level of risk.


Boldness

Success comes for those who are bold enough to do the inconvenient things that others shy away from. Every path to success that you choose will have obstacles that will require you to step outside yourself and stretch more than you usually can. Boldness can enable you to push the boundaries that others won't.


Belief

Everything starts with a strong dose of self belief. If you don't believe in your ability to succeed, then your chances right away very slim indeed. Self belief is the catalyst that makes you take the right start on the path to your goals.


The C's


Conviction

Decisions need to be made and opportunities will need assessment, so conviction is critical to move forward. Indecisiveness will ultimitely lead to missed opportunity, so having the courage of your conviction is vital.

Compromise

At some stage you will find out that you have to have flexiblity to deal with the unexpected. Situations appear that are not planned for and this will test your ability to compromise in order to reach your goals.

Your ability to overcome fresh obstacles will be a large factor in your ultimate successes. Although you can have various contingencies and solutions ready for adversity, no one can plan for all possible delays on the road to success.

Competitiveness

These ABC's Of Success contain many personal traits common to successful people, but most important is the competitive drive that pushes you to be better than your competitors and to earn your desires. Great businessmen, sports people and artist all have that inner drive that forces them to push to be the best.


Applying the ABC of Success

Moving forward, you must summon a great deal of internal strength to really challenge your personal boundaries. Depending on how big your goals are, you may need the help and support of other successful people. Be proactive and don't be afraid to ask for help, as people very often likee to help others, especially when they can take pride in knowing they helped someone push on to greater things

A great book I came across last year is "Seven Strategies for Wealth And Happiness" by Jim Rohn.

Those of you who are familiar with Jim know that he is a world authority on network and affiliate marketing, is regarded as America's foremost business philosopher, and is in huge demand as a motivational and educational speaker.

His book outlines seven strategies to achieve wealth and happiness and is written in a relaxed, easy to read style.

Can You Give Me Tips On How To Motivate Employees

I had a converstaion last week with a business owner close to my home. We were talking about my progress with Success University and how my team was growing nicely. He was a little bit tired and frustrated with his own service business, and he asked me "can you give me tips on how to motivate employees".

Now that is a very important question, as the success of any business often comes down to the performance of its employees. And for as long as there have been bosses and workers, employers have struggled to motivate their employees.

Now the most obvious motivation to work is to earn money. But a huge number of people leave very well paid jobs every day to move to a less well renumerated position. Why? Because money is only a part of the equation.

Just as important are working conditions, hours of employment, relationships with fellow workers and supervisors, and a whole host of other factors. They can be summed up in one simple idea - people leave a well paying job for a better quality of life.

So if you as an employer can create a better atmosphere and support for your staff, that should go a long way to start to increase their motivation.

Back to the question, can you give me tips on how to motivate employees?

Well, As a student with Success University one of the benefits for me has been the training and motivational courses available. Think And Grow Rich

I was talking to a colleague last week and the conversation got round to what books we liked, and which ones have had an influence in our lives.

I was thinking a bit more about that conversation today, and I would say that the most influential book I have read was "Think and Grow Rich", a classic in the area of motivation and self development. The book was made available to me through Success University, the worlds number one online educational website

Think and Grow Rich was written by Napoleon Hill, and first published in the 1930's. It was the result of years of work by Mr. Hill, who had interviewed the wealthy industrialist Andrew Carnegie as a young man, and took on Mr. Carnegie's challenge to study the lives of various successful people, and find out what common factors made them successful.

To be honest, when I first read the book, I found it hard going, and I put it aside for about six months. However, when I had a second go, it really grabbed me, and I have been applying many of his ideas since.

A key idea it contains is the development of a mastermind group. The aim here is to gather several people around you who can help you achieve your goals. The group acts as a co-operative, and very often spectacular results can be achieved by pooling ideas and working together.

Leisure Audio Books is working for me as I write!

I recently became a member of Leisure Audio Books, and I want to share my humble opinion with you today.

This is like nothing I have ever experienced before, I was shocked to find that is totally unique, never seen before, and I believe it to be revolutionary, and I'll explain why.

In my past experience, you join a typical program, they give you some cheesy promo tools, and they never say a word to you, they just expect you to go out and recruit as best you can on your own...

If you are going to become a successful affiliate on the Internet, you need 3 "intangibles." These are things that must come from WITHIN you.

First, you must have a strong WHY.

Why must you make affiliate marketing work? What is driving you? What is it that you CAN'T have in your life anymore and/or what is it that you absolutely MUST HAVE now?

For me, I couldn't stand working 12+ hours a day anymore and missing the experience of my children growing up. It's almost always necessary to invest thousands of dollars to get an offline business off the ground. However, on the Internet you can often start a successful business for less than $100.
